Abby was a great helper in the garden this past week. She loves playing in the dirt and we caught here tending the zucchini's with the concentration of a true farmer. We stopped to snack on some cherry tomatoes, and noticed a little blossom-end rot on some of our tomatoes, which means it's time to spray Yield Booster. This spray gives tomatoes the calcium they need to produce strong fruits. Pay attention to your gardens as it gets warmer to make sure that your harvests are the best ever.

Bring your Easter basket and get ready for a whole lot of fun . . . it's the 3rd annual Easter Egg Hunt at Kerby's. Starting right at 10:00am, be ready to hunt and see how many Easter Eggs you can find hidden among the beautiful flowers.

The Tampa Rose Society will be out all day to answer your toughest questions about roses and at 10am, they will present a workshop on growing roses in Florida.

Saturday, April 28th at 10:00 am

Tough plants and all the tricks for keeping plants happy even as the mercury starts to rise. That's what this workshop is all about. We'll talk about Florida natives as well as non-natives that thrive in Florida's summer. There is no reason your garden can't be beautiful all year long.
