Discover the Fun of Gardening

April 21, 2011

Atahlia and Abigail can't wait to celebrate their first Easter. Hopefully you'll join them this Saturday at Kerby's 2nd Annual Easter Egg hunt. Have the kids bring their Easter baskets and be ready to hunt at 10 sharp. (And please note that this event is on Saturday the 23rd.) Parents - no helping, instead you'll be busy checking out the flowers of Easter . . . lilies. Beautiful daylilies, in yellows, oranges and reds, as well as Lily of the Nile with three foot blooms are bursting with color along the boardwalk at Kerby's. Don't forget the traditional Easter flower, the pure white and delightfully fragrant Easter Lily. See you this Saturday!

Check out the event calendar to get info on upcoming events. Spring is rolling right along, but there are still great workshops coming up, including herb gardening, the Easter Egg Hunt and the Tampa Rose Society's Growing Roses in Florida workshop. It's time to Discover the Fun of Gardening.

Happy Easter,
Kim, Joey and Mark
